Kristin Gorenflo, MA, PhD., is a coach specializing in psychedelic integration and personal journey work. Her passion for plant medicine, combined with her academic expertise, enables her to facilitate healing sessions for those seeking self-discovery, trauma recovery, or freedom from problematic substance use behaviors.
Kristin’s master’s thesis concentrated on the use of MDMA for treatment of depression. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on Soto Zen meditation and breath work for trauma relief.
In her sessions, Kristin facilitates the plant medicine pre- and post-therapy experience paralleling Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey and the Buddhist Path to Enlightenment. With her expert guidance, her clients have experienced radical shifts in self-awareness, the healing of old wounds, and the cessation of destructive patterns on the path to personal development and transformation.
“ The way I see psychedelics is that
they are a tool that will put you back into the driver’s seat
with God or Source as your co-pilot;
your old traumas are then your kids in the back seat.
Integration/ psychotherapy offers up a new navigation system,
and gives hugs, juice boxes, and fidget spinners
to the kids in the back seat. ”
